As our next Brand Manager you will be responsible for all consumer facing marketing activities for our luxury and heritage portfolio of brands, with a distinct focus on Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Royal Albert.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT WEDGWOOD, a part of FISKARS GROUP
Responsibilities
Plan, launch and support execution across all marketing touchpoints in collaboration with our in-house creative, PR, and merchandising teams to ensure the brand lens is applied at all times
Localize and translate the overall brand strategy for both critical target markets, as well as national activation and execution
Influence global product marketing strategy based on relevant, data-driven consumer insights
Manage the brand and marketing timelines, deliverables and budgets for their projects and product launches. They will also be responsible for hiring and managing any external agency partners we may need to create campaigns and assets
Maintain regular contact and routines with cross-functional teams that deliver packaging, product copy, in-store materials and product visuals to ensure full collaboration and transparency
Establish KPIs and benchmarks, track performance, establish NPS process, conduct root cause analysis, and drive solutions to open and close performance gaps
Execute traffic-driving marketing and retail programming for new branded retail locations
Bring an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset to the Brand Activation process through consumer connection and communication
Identify and suggest solutions to internal process enhancements, technology, or enablement opportunities
Effectively manage marketing activations within budget parameters
WHO YOU ARE
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related/relevant field
4 years in progressive brand or marketing roles in consumer goods space
Agency experience, and/or agency management experience preferred
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, and clearly communicate recommendations to Senior Management
Proven ability to lead and manage overlapping projects, priorities, and complex workstreams in a matrixed organization
Passion, understanding, and interest in the luxury CPG space, with a focus on the home and tabletop industry
Positive, solutions-driven mindset willing to confidently bring thoughtful, creative ideas to improve internal and external initiatives
Empathetic curiosity for an ever-evolving luxury customer
