THE BARTOLOTTA RESTAURANTS is Hiring a Crew Member, Roundhouse Near Milwaukee, WI

This a seasonal position from May through end of September.
"Come and join our team this summer with views of the beautiful lakefront at Roundhouse Beer Garden at McKinley Marina. As a team member at the beer garden, you will be creating great experiences for our community through food, beverage, and other amenities, and providing direct support to your teammates."
JOB PURPOSE:
As a crew member of The Bartolotta Restaurant's beer garden, Roundhouse, you will be responsible for food and beverage preparation, inventory and stock maintenance, and overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Works with the team to ensure the day-to-day operations of the unit run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively to provide an exceptional guest experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet guests, communicate offerings and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner.?
  • Prepare and sell concessions, including beer, popcorn, pretzels; prepare premade sandwiches.
  • Collects payment from customers, performing cashier duties using the POS system.?
  • Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.?
  • Uses proper judgment and when necessary, refuses service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive.??
  • Perform general cleaning duties that maintain the quality appearance of the work area; including cleaning equipment and removing garbage to designated areas.?
  • Maintains stock at required operational level.
  • Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.?
  • Performs other duties as assigned.?

Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment.
  • General knowledge of beverage preparation and service.?
  • Ability to complete basic food preparation tasks.?
  • Experience using standard restaurant equipment safely.
  • Interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers.?
  • Ability to navigate situations which may warrant security intervention.?
  • Ability to learn POS register software used by facility.?
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:??
  • Regularly required to talk, use repetitive motion, type, and hear.??
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, and reach with hands and arms.??
  • Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach overhead.
  • Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately.?
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.?
