As a team member at the beer garden, you will be creating great experiences for our community through food, beverage, and other amenities, and providing direct support to your teammates.”
JOB PURPOSE:
The Supervisor contributes to the day-to-day operations of The Bartolotta Restaurants seasonal beer garden, Roundhouse. Ensures consistency in daily standard operating procedures to follow Bartolotta standards and expectations. Supervises the team to ensure efficient workflows and consistency; mentors staff in providing exceptional guest experiences. Oversees management of property operations when the Manager is absent.
