Elite Diversity Staffing is Hiring a Production Control Specialist (FT) Near Mt. Clemens, MI
- Follow up on all containers in transit, to assure arrival to warehouse.
- Monitor receipt of containers, to assure parts are received into inventory accurately.
- Assure warehouse in following FIFO method.
- Create pick list, based on customer releases.
- Monitor weekly EDI 830 planning schedule and 862 JIT release, to assure positive inventory coverage.
- Update manual releases into Plex-SAP system, to assure shipment.
- Monitor warehouse floor, to assure all pick lists are being processed accurately and on time.
- Manage daily operations meetings, to assure all warehouse assignments are understood.
- Follow up on all SEMI PARTS, to assure all are processed in a timely manner, at positive levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with all outside processors.
- Setup daily shipments by email for all customers necessary.
- Respond to all emails from customers who ship from USA warehouse, to assure on time delivery.
- Communicate with team members, to prevent shipment delays.
- Add all spot purchase orders to system, so parts will setup on a timely basis.
- Attend weekly company Tuesday night meeting.
- Work with Quality Department, regarding any potential/current QC issues.
- Arrange return shipments, due to quality issues.
- Follow all other requirements, to assure Plex is functioning properly, preventing any customer shipment issues.
- Lead all plant inventories.
- Work with Warehouse Manager daily, to assure all aspect of PC are covered.
- Immediate placement.
