Salary: $50,000 - 60,000 (based on experience).
Position Summary:
Responsible to plan and manage all activities related to employees including recruitment, hiring process, and compensation in connection with positions relative to education.
Responsible for employee life cycle from recruiting to termination; including but not limited to, onboarding, training, evaluations, exit interviews, and off boarding.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Supports organization staff by establishing/maintaining a recruiting, and interviewing program; keeping in contact with hiring managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.

The position requires a high volume of sourcing and interviewing.
The ideal candidate must be people oriented, extremely organized, and technically savvy in order to manage multiple databases and job boards.
In this role you will be a part of full cycle recruiting as needed and must maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.
Recruitment Tasks:
Full Cycle Recruiter and Candidate Management tasked with Initial Identification, Qualifying/Vetting, through Hiring Process, Background Checks, and On-boarding.
Review pipeline of potential candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Job Boards, match applicants with job requirements based on candidate work history, skills, education, training and other qualifications.
Interview applicants to evaluate work history, education, training and job skills.
Communicate job duties and responsibilities, compensation, work schedules, work environment and other organizational information to candidates.
Liaison between the candidate and client regarding scheduled interviews, job offer, end of assignment.
Conduct interview preparation with candidate and coordinate interview schedules between client and candidates.
Update and retrieve applicant information in ATS (Experience with Avionte is a plus).

Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting/sourcing in education staffing industry.
Excellent communications skills.
Detail-oriented: You're on top of all moving parts, see the entire hiring picture and able to shift priorities as needed for the business.
Self-Starter, track record of working in home-office or onsite with little supervision.
