The Director of Rooms is an Executive Committee Member with responsibilities focused on providing guidance and support to the Rooms Division. This includes overseeing the general operation of hotel functions, and assisting guests when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Associate degree with Bachelor degree preferred.
Demonstrate ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
3-5 years or more of progressive Hotel Rooms experience.
Service oriented, with professional presentation skils.
Ability to assimilate operational statistics quickly and see how they can be used to enhance position of property.
Effective and exceptional communication, motivational, and customer service skills a must.
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $100,000.00/Yr. - $130,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
