About the Role The Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customer’s needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of excellence and integrity. This role requires strong operational and order management skills, exceptional abilities in customer communication, advanced data analysis and problem-solving techniques, and a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities for improvement and address day-by-day challenges professionally and positively. What You Will Do Materials management – oversee execution and delivery of NPI customer orders, mitigating risks to meet program schedule. Ensure component supply plans contribute to credible master production schedules by identifying and resolving supply/demand imbalances. Customer collaborative planning – understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectations. Be flexible to support rapidly changing customer requirements in a positive manner. Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to drive material allocations in support of customer project schedules. Work in partnership with technical program managers and system engineers to ensure that bills of material are precise, ensuring demand accuracy. Measure business performance and drive corrective actions to ensure ZT meets or exceeds customer service requirements. Take ownership of assigned projects, independently resolving issues - using escalations when appropriate. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Engineering from an accredited college. 0 years of working experience in Supply Chain Analytics / Project Management Aptitude to proactively manage client relationships for strong business-to-business partnerships. Materials planning knowledge, order fulfillment process knowledge. Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information. Ability to navigate ambiguous data to achieve focus and use facilitation skills to keep projects moving forward. Focus on high attention to detail, efficient time management, and consistent follow-through. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel).
