The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software, lean manufacturing principles, ISO 9001 certification experience, scheduling, and high-level operations analysis.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel to meet production targets and deadlines
- Implement and enforce lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and minimize waste
- Utilize ERP software to track and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 certification requirements and maintain necessary documentation
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process enhancements
- Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
