Precision ABA Therapy PLLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Florida. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and clinical expertise in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and ABA Para.
Monitor and analyze data to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
