We are looking to hire ABA therapists to work under the direction, guidance, and coaching of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with the child in his/her home and/or school, implementing individualized behavior support plans with fidelity to meet the child’s unique needs. Day time, evening, and weekend hours are flexible and based on family and therapist availability. Locations are available in the South Florida area. Essential Functions:

Behavior Technicians will have to consistently apply the principles of ABA in all interactions with children and families, implement individualized behavior plans with fidelity under the direction of the BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), and teach the children to acquire language, academic, self-help, and social skills as stated in the plan. Team members are expected to communicate in a professional and respectful manner with children, parents and other family members, BCBAs, and other team members. At Precision ABA, we support all team members and assist with ideas, suggestions, and work duties. Behavior Technicians should actively participate in staff training programs designed to increase overall knowledge and skills.
All team members may be asked to assist in creating instructional materials, write progress reports, and other requested written assignments related to the clients. It is expected that team members effectively respond to and manage crisis situations, which may include client physical aggression. Behavior Technicians must complete daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent, and timely manner. At Precision ABA, all team members are required to maintain regular communication with supervisor and report crisis situations and other unusual incidents immediately. All team members are expected to attend and participate in required meetings.
