The Swift Group is looking for a ISSE Information Systems Security Engineer) to support a diverse set of corporate goals across the organization by conducting technical risk assessments and providing technical risk mitigation guidance on use of various enabling technologies supporting the broader organization’s activities. Key Responsibilities: • Work in or with our client’s security component
• Work in and with our client’s security tools and processes
• Utilize exceptional customer service working directly with business and technical customers to communicate organizational accomplishments, status and direction to stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Develop use cases that improve the ability to find information in a more timely fashion Required Qualifications:
• 8 years of relevant experience as an ISSE/ISSO/ISSM
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, utilizing MS Project to identify critical tasks, and EVM for overall project status
• Experience with resource allocation and optimizing resource assignments by identifying key resources and the right set of skill sets required for a project
• Experience developing Minimum Viable Increments (MVIs) based on requirements gathered
• US citizenship with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceNow • Experience and background in Business/Financial areas
• Experience with onsite customer domain • Experience with customer’s budget processes and culture
• BA/BS Degree
