The Bolton Group is engaged with a $1b PE-backed global manufacturer to hire a Vice President of Finance. This position will report to the CFO and manage a global corporate finance team. This hire will also be the point-person for communications and deliverables with the PE deal team.

Vice President/Head of FP&A – Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive finance experience, with multiple years of team management experience
• Life Sciences or manufacturing background highly preferred
• Previous experience working in a portfolio company/PE firm relationship very helpful
• Proven ability to lead from the front and work with C-suite on strategic projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required
• Previous M&A experience a plus

Hybrid schedule – office in the greater New Haven, CT area

Compensation : targeting competitive base, bonus, and significant exit equity
