Responsibilities

• Reviews daily schedule for missing documentation needed.
• Daily contact with referring physicians to obtain needed documentation.
• Work fax drives daily to upload orders to patient accounts.
• Greet and register patients.
• Verify and Update patient demographic as needed.
• Verify and Update patient insurance information as needed.
• Collect copays and any amounts due.
• Prepare payment plans as needed.
• Assist walk in patients as needed.
• Assist Check Out as needed.
• Maintains patient and company confidentiality.
• Promotes and maintains positive relationships with patients, visitors, coworkers, and providers.
• Actively participates in department in-services, meetings, and educational opportunities.

• Bi-Lingual, Spanish & English, required
• 1 year of customer service
• High School Diploma or equivalent,
• PACs experience a plus
• Minimum 2-year experience in a physician practice or outpatient clinic setting

• Business Hours Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm
