Entry Level Business Operations Assistant

We are looking for an Entry Level Business Operations Assistant who will manage sales regions on behalf of an account. Duties will include ensuring business operations' efficiency and setting future strategic sales goals. Ultimately, this role will be partially responsible for ensuring the profitability of our companys activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success

Entry Level Business Operations Assistant Role and Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in sales events, conferences etc.
• Ensure adherence to legal regulations and guidelines
• Create sales plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
• Set standards for sales team goals and objectives that contribute to the company's growth and prosperity
• Review the company's resources and make sure they allow to complete the company's activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
• Oversee and manage the work of employees, providing feedback and consulting to improv
• efficiency and effectiveness
• Optimize the company's sales operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
• Build relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
• Collect external and internal data, analyze it and prepare reports on the analysis results
• Evaluate overall company performance against its objectives

Entry Level Business Operations Assistant Requirements for Consideration:

• Any previous experience in business management or sales is welcome
• Significant experience with research methods and data analysis techniques
• Good practical experience with MS Office, databases, and information systems
• In-depth understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• BSc or BA degree in Business Management or another relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus
