Entry Level Customer Service

Entry Level Customer Service Responsibilities:

1. Assisting and monitoring all the emergency work.
2. Assisting the customers in a friendly manner.
3. Following established health, safety, and sanitation principles and protocols.
4. Helping out other department staff as and when needed.
5. Keeping the area well organized.
6. Identifying the customer's problems, if any
7. Handling the customer's complaints and issues. 
8. Provide customers with all information about items such as pricing, availability, etc.
9. Attending the in-service meetings regularly.

Entry Level Customer Service Employment Requirements to be Considered:

1. Ability to commute to Reno
2. Ability to work for long working hours. 
3. Ability to work as a part of a team.
4. Outstanding ability to communicate efficiently.
5. Good social and people skills.
6. Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
7. Must be 18 or older
8. Previous hospitality experience recommended
9. Proficient in using a cash register.
