Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and secure environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or daycare setting
- Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children under your care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, babysitting, nannying, or working in a preschool or daycare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Additional certifications in early childhood education (preferred)
