Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and nurturing childcare to children in a safe and stimulating environment - Create and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs to promote child development - Ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times - Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage good manners and social skills - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space Skills: - Experience in childcare, including toddler care and infant care - Knowledge of childhood development stages and the ability to tailor activities accordingly - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members - Ability to educate and engage children through creative play, storytelling, and interactive activities - Familiarity with behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors in a positive manner - Previous experience in babysitting, daycare, or classroom settings is preferred - A background in early childhood education is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
