Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve supervising and engaging with children, implementing age-appropriate activities, and ensuring their well-being. Duties: - Provide attentive care and supervision to children in our facility - Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and educational programs - Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow - Promote good behavior management techniques and encourage positive social interactions - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space - Ensure the safety of all children by following established protocols and guidelines - Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Administer basic first aid when necessary Skills: - Experience in behavior management techniques for children of different age groups - Knowledge of classroom management strategies - Familiarity with preschool curriculum and early childhood education principles - Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities - Proficiency in toddler care, including diaper changing, feeding, and nap routines - Understanding of infant care practices, including feeding, soothing, and developmental milestones - Basic knowledge of childhood development stages and milestones - First aid certification is preferred but not required - Previous experience in babysitting or childcare settings is a plus We offer competitive pay rates based on experience. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
