We are seeking a dedicated Benefits/HR Admin to join our rapidly expanding team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Responsible for managing and administering benefit enrollments
• Coordinate and perform Open Enrollment process
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit options, coverage details, and eligibility criteria
• Process paperwork regarding disability, FMLA and employment life status changes
• Act as a backup for payroll processing
• Support other Human Resources functions as needed

Requirements:

• Proven benefits administration experience
• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and leave laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
