The Position:
Position Title: SAP BRIM Subject Matter Expert
Location: Hybrid Remote Off-Site and On-Site (as required) in Middletown, PA
Duration: 36 Month Project

We are seeking an SAP BRIM Subject Matter Expert to add to our team supporting Commonwealth of Pennsylvania information technology projects. Project duration will be for a period of 12 months, with the potential to renew for an additional 12 months. Work environment will be hybrid, primarily remote off-site with on-site presence as required; projected to be one week on-site every six weeks.

Position Overview: The SAP BRIM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Government Projects plays a pivotal role in leveraging their expertise to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) solutions within government projects. This individual possesses deep knowledge and understanding of SAP BRIM modules, functionalities, and best practices, with a specific focus on aligning these capabilities with the unique requirements and regulations of government projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and configure SAP BRIM solutions tailored to the specific needs and objectives of government projects.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards to ensure alignment with SAP BRIM functionalities and capabilities.
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead or contribute to the implementation and configuration of SAP BRIM modules, including but not limited to Subscription Order Management, Billing and Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, and Contract Management.
- Customization and Integration: Oversee or participate in the customization and integration of SAP BRIM with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of SAP BRIM implementations within government projects.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training, guidance, and knowledge transfer sessions to project teams, end-users, and stakeholders on SAP BRIM functionalities, processes, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and SAP BRIM updates to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization within government projects.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

The Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience working with SAP BRIM modules, with a focus on government projects or public sector clients
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM functionalities, configurations, and integration points, including familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
- Proven track record of successfully leading SAP BRIM implementations, customizations, and optimizations from conception to completion
- SAP certification(s) in relevant BRIM modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) is a plus
