The Position :
Position Title : Functional Tester
Location : Hybrid Remote Off-Site and On-Site (as required) in Mechanicsburg, PA
Duration : Long Term Contract
Note : Positions will be primarily remote off-site, with occasional on-site work as required; therefore, the client prefers candidates within reasonable commuting distance (100-miles / 2-hours / -) of Mechanicsburg, PA.
We are seeking multiple Functional Testers with a strong focus on manual testing.
- Quality Assurance, Manual Testing experience
- Ability to create test scenarios and test cases using requirements and design specifications, coming up with test execution plan, executing test cases and analyzing / effectively articulating defects during review process
- Deep hands-on knowledge of at least 2 manual testing tools such as Jira, Jama, Zephyr, Microsoft Test Manager, Rational Quality Manager, HP ALM
- Strong experience with test planning, test design, test execution & test reporting as well as experience in coordinating testing and test artifacts across various phases of testing (e.
g., System Integration Testing, UAT, Regression, etc.)
