Responsibilities:
- Led the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
- Collect and organize project data for insightful analysis and reporting
- Champion an exceptional online shopping experience, focusing on user interface, navigation, and overall customer satisfaction
- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide project updates, and prepare reports for senior management
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for innovative solutions that enhance our digital presence
- Implement and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize project delivery efficiency
- 3 -5 years of experience in E-commerce Project Management, focusing on direct-to-consumer brands in a start-up environment
- Experience working with the following key e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Suite
- Proven success in managing projects from conception to completion
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
