Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative/Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will work closely with the service team to develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. As a Warranty Administrator, you will work closely with the service manager to submit warranty claims to manufacturer, as well as working with extended warranty companies on claims from starting claims through receiving payment on claims. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong drive to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for business development
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the service team
- Collaborate with the service team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads
-Work closely with service team to meet repair order requirements for factory warranty and extended warranty claims
-Follow up with service manager on rejected claims
-Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technology sales or related field is preferred
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
