Digital Director

The role of the Digital Director entails the supervision of the digital department, which encompasses web development, PPC, and SEO. This technical position requires front-end knowledge and programming skills, specifically in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as SSL certificates. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee paid digital initiatives strategizing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and assuring effective spending of budgets to maximize growth and reach business objectives. The Digital Director will be expected to possess expertise in these areas and effectively manage their team to ensure optimal performance and success.

Role Responsibilities, including but not limited to

• Design and implement company digital strategies within budget requirements
• Set specific digital objectives and monitor progress
• Oversee digital projects
• Analyze SEO and marketing metrics
• Generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic
• Train internal teams to use digital technologies
• Suggest new optimization methods to improve customer experience
• Develop creative briefs for advertising and address needs
• Ensure web best practices are met
• Responsible for all paid marketing activities.
• Develop lead nurture campaigns.
• Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Managing agencies and third-party vendors for marketing activities.
• Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign and business results.
• Collaborating with various teams to develop creative and on-brand content and marketing campaigns.

Role Competencies

• Proven work experience as a Digital director
• Proven experience in running multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong people management skills and experience.
• Experience managing agencies and vendors.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Display, Facebook, CRM software, and other digital advertising mediums.
• Track record in managing budgets.
• Knowledge of traditional media campaigns.
• Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies
• Understanding of how digital channels work
• Knowledge with Google Analytics
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
