Assistant Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors
- Compile and track weekly tailgate meetings, safety nets, and project safety checklist
- Track and update training log for all internal Field Management
- Management of all rental equipment from writing PO's, updating rental board to processing invoices
- Assist Production Manager with fleet usage to minimize the rental cost
- Assist with Field Management and crewmember scheduling
- Assist with daily time entry and monitor field reports
- Produce and update project schedules as needed
- Assist with asset management of all small tools and large equipment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Landscape Construction background or experience is preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Bilingual English and Spanish required

Responsabilidades:

- Proveer dibujos actualizados a los gerentes de campo para las ordenes de cambio de trabajo
- Actualizar registros de rdenes de cambio y adquisiciones con revisiones peridicas
- Gestin de todos los equipos de alquiler, desde la redaccin de rdenes de compra, la actualizacin de la tabla de alquiler hasta el procesamiento de facturas
- Ayudar al Gerente de Produccin con el uso de la flota para minimizar el costo de alquiler
- Ayudar con la gestin de campo y la programacin de horarios de los trabajadores
- Ayudar con la entrada de horas diarias y monitorear los informes de campo
- Ayudar a redactar subcontratos y procesar facturas
- Producir y actualizar cronogramas de proyectos segn sea necesario
