As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through outbound calls and emails
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify new opportunities and close deals
  • Create, meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years of inside sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm located at Verona Office
