Role Description : We're seeking an individual with the ability to sell or landscape projects as an Landscape Sales Position.
The ideal candidate should bring expertise in hardscape and softscape design and prior sales experience With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, we need someone who can cultivate a positive work environment and maintain clear communication channels with clients and team members.
Required Qualifications :
Experience in leading hardscaping projects from beginning to end, including the ability to interpret and implement project plans effectively.
Previous experience in sales.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for landscape enhancement
Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of upselling services
Manage your team with efficiency, providing guidance and leadership.
Utilize managerial experience to coordinate and delegate tasks effectively.
