Role Description: We're currently seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you'll oversee our maintenance crew in tasks such as lawn care, bush trimming, and customer communication. We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years of experience in landscape maintenance and a strong desire to learn and lead.
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in landscape maintenance.
• Basic understanding of crew budget management preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance crew in performing tasks such as lawn care and bush trimming.
• Suggest and promote supplementary services beyond basic maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for landscape enhancement
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Assist in the management of crew budget and resources.
• Train and mentor crew members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Create and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
