Join our team as a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Tampa, FL!

Our Receptionist provides vital team functions:

* Greeting guests and providing general support to office visitors

* Effectively communicate by email, phone and written correspondence

* Manage employees' badge access

* Order and stock all office and breakroom supplies

* Manage vendor relationships for office and break rooms

* Collect and distribute mail and shipments

* Provide office support services such as photocopying, compilation and distribution of materials

* Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed

* Ensure conference rooms, supply rooms and break-rooms are always neat, stocked and maintained

* Place orders for breakfast and lunch for meetings as needed

* Support Administration with other duties as assigned

We are looking for people with:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Two to three years' relevant experience

* Office environment preferred
