Job Title: Part-time Fleet Assistant

Job Summary: We are looking for a diligent and responsible Fleet Assistant to join our team. This part-time role will focus on maintaining our vehicle fleet, managing tools and equipment, and assisting with vehicle logistics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and maintain the upkeep of all company vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal running condition. 
• Schedule and drive vehicles and job site trailers to and from service and repair shops. 
• Manage tool exchanges, including tracking, purchasing, and distributing tools to crew members. 
• Assist in the overall management of the vehicle fleet, including documentation and compliance with safety regulations. 
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure all vehicle and tool needs are met efficiently. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and write in English. 
• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance, logistics, or a similar role. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record. 
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish preferred. 
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects as needed. 

Location: Simi Valley, CA 

Job Type: Part-time 

Pay: $16 to $18 per hour, DOE

Schedule: hours may vary per week, approximately 12 to 15 hours per week. Schedule is flexible but between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM
