Role Summary
Would you like to join an enthusiastic team while making great pay? We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking Estimator to create and close our B2B roofing and solar leads. The Roofing and Solar Estimator will be instrumental in working with potential customers to provide roofing and solar proposals along with maintenance and repair service options. This role will grow sales with existing customers, identify new referrals, services, and partner relationships. This role is a non-exempt base hourly position plus commission reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

Compensation/Benefits:
Base Salary of $58,000 to $62,000 plus Commissions. Current reps making $100,000.00 per year. No CAP on commissions!!!

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Duties/Responsibilities
Manage all communication including phone, text, and email assuring timely follow up with customers, suppliers and crews.
Follow the companys sales process, procedures and policies
Safely access roof tops and assess condition as necessary.
Job will be to promptly identify, assist and answer any questions or concerns from customers
Sales Responsibilities
Assess new request for proposals and determine fit
Communicate effectively and efficiently with Customers to determine the scope of work and in a timely manner provide proposals to address the customers needs.
Follow up with customers on proposals provided. This sales process is a long sale cycle so continued follow-ups are a must to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
Research strategically to create new relationships based on ARIs Customer profile fit.
Estimating Responsibilities
Gather job data either by studying architectural drawings or as necessary make the assessment via site visits.
Use ARIs proprietary roofing estimating software to prepare cost estimates.
Accurately prepare and present sales presentations, proposals and contracts while ensuring top customer service and company profitability.
Maintain accurate records, manage database; maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Who is our perfect candidate?
Valid California Drivers License Required
4 years experience preferred of In Home Sales or Estimating in either solar, roofing or construction.
Welcome ARIs structured (not rigid) and process-oriented environment.
Superb relationship building skills.
Outstanding organizational skills
Mature professional that have a growth and improvement mindset.
Excellent customer service and verbal/written communications skills
Experience with CRM systems highly desired
Experience working with blueprints and construction plans desired but not required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America
