Job Summary:

The Business Analyst plays an integral role in the success of DLRdmv. The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document data needed to maintain/build the product, then make recommendations for business actions. This position reports to the Technical Product Owner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, purchased sources, and client surveys or feedback.
• Document existing processes and data collection methods and sources.
• Create/Maintain a schedule for maintaining source data.
• Communicates client, team, and partner needs to the product team.
• Contributes to the development of DLRDmv internal processes.
• Work as a liaison between DLRDmv and its partners
• Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and vehicle titling industry at large.
• Ability to handle and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years’ experience
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence for Documentation purposes.
• Experience with SQL, Postman, JSON desired.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
