Here is an exciting opportunity to join Emily Hotel as a Host! This position maintains an efficient and courteous restaurant operation by greeting arriving customers, seating, establishing rapport and assisting with restaurant service. Also receives and accurately processes payment for restaurant charges. This opportunity is part-time based.

What Will You Do?

• Warmly greet, acknowledge and seat guests.
• Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner.
• Manage reservations to effectively seat entire dining room.
• Maintain complete and accurate guest records and reservation notes.
• Cash handling, including correctly and precisely processing each guest check.
• Properly ring guest orders through the POS system.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Work with a spirit of teamwork. Communicate needs and ideas to management.
• Knowledgeable in the various outlet menus and times of operation.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Understand mechanics of service and arrange tables for large parties.
• Ensures there are plenty of menus for service period.

What You Bring?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Restaurant Experience preferred
