Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and assist in maintaining a positive employee experience.
Duties:
- Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Aid in human capital management tasks such as employee onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Support onsite staff and teams with scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and support new hires for their first day, conduct orientation
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Experience:
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting preferred
- Familiarity with Paylocity applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to conduct interviews and assist in organization design initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
