We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Influencer to join our team. As the Social Media Influencer, you will be the face and voice of all social media platforms. In this role, you will create and share engaging content across various social media platforms to build brand awareness and foster a strong connection with our target audience. Your primary responsibilities will include creating high-quality content, engaging with followers, and helping to shape the brand's online presence. The Social Media Influencer will work closely with Marketing, Operations and Support Staff to promote and develop various projects. Additionally, this individual must be knowledgeable on all products, within all brands we operate, in order to promote our multiple brands. The Social Media Influencer is expected to treat all team members and fans in a way that creates smiles and loyalty, and willingly participate in a performance-driven organization who firmly believes that employees are the catalyst to the success of the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Create engaging content aligned with brand values
Establish a strong social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Collaborate with marketing team on content strategies
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages promptly
Maintain a positive and professional brand representation
Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates
Develop and manage social media strategies to meet goals
Maintain a content calendar for consistent posting
Generate, edit, publish, and share diverse content formats
Monitor social media for relevant trends and insights
Collaborate with other departments for campaign alignment
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
Analyze metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
Manage social media advertising campaigns
Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
1-3 years experience as a Social Media Influencer or similar role, with a demonstrated track of managing social media channels and creating content effectively.
An outgoing, bubbly, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.
Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging social media strategies and campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Google platform or related software.
Must have excellent customer service skills, exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
