WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Social Media Strategy Associate who will be responsible for being involved in coordinating social media content across a variety ofplatforms including, but not limited to, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube,TikTok, Snap, X, Reddit & LinkedIn. Through daily engagement and analysis, you will help foster community spirit, offeroptimizations to strategy and creative teams, and confidently collaborate withinternal business partners in assessing and influencing Mobile’sdigital voice. This role will report directly to the SeniorSocial Media & Community Manager.
You will assist in management of organic social media campaigns with the Mobile experience (MX) team. Work closely with cross-functional MX Marketing team (Product Marketing, Creative Services, Influencers and Partnerships) in coordinating organic social strategies across social media platforms to support various campaigns and always on partnerships.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Overall support MX Social Media team in representing Mobile across social media.
  • Developand implement organic social media strategies, aligning to key business metrics.
  • Organizeand manage multiple sources of content, partners and creative assets into acohesive social media execution plan.
  • Assistin creating engaging net-new content for social media campaigns.
  • Coordinatedevelopment, approvals and overall platform management for employees &executives to post content on their own social media platforms.
  • Coordinateposts across different divisions when scheduling conflicts arise.
  • Utilizeanalytics to track campaign performance, deriving insights to refine futurestrategies.
  • Monitorsocial trends and generate ideas for opportunities for Mobileengagement
Required Experience and Education:
  • 2 years of business experience with in-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • In-depth knowledge of best social media practices.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
