Position at Caltronics
Caltronics Business Systems seeks a Territory Sales Representative who will be dedicated to ensuring long-lasting customer relationships. We are looking for hungry sales-minded individuals to come learn from a top-producing, successful sales team.
Our Sales Team is responsible to drive new business, manage existing accounts, and build a territory. You will market full line of award-winning imaging products, software solutions, and professional services to current customers/targeted accounts and have a focus to growing our market share with new business development. Base payment range is $36,000-$42,000 based on experience Uncapped Commissions /Benefits (OTE first year $75k to $85K).

  • Attain Assigned Sales Targets
  • Focus on New Business Development and pursue the best opportunities.
  • Be a true solution provider and trusted adviser to business clients.
  • Use technology tools to manage your accounts (CRM)
  • Use consultative sales skills to identify customer opportunities that lead to a value-driven solution.
  • Prepare and present effective presentations to decision makers and company stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members in Sales and all departments to foster a culture of open communication and world-class service.

To be considered, we would like you to have
  • An associate or bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
  • At least 21 years old or older with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence
  • 2 years prior sales experience preferred; experience selling digitally a plus
  • A Self-Motivated, competitive drive with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
