This role has 1 direct report (1 progress operator)
Still very much boots on the ground, hands on position

Keep process engineer on task
DCS system – make improvements to the system down the road
Work very closely with production technical writer who does all the SOP’s and technical writer, maintenance dept and supervisors
Preferably BS in Chemical Engineer but Mechanical Engineer would suffice
Production side of manufacturing experience, required
They produce: Cattle feed, corn oil, corn syrup – bi products of the corn kernel
101M gallon plant
Own this position – relatively flat organization (CTO, reporting into CEO); not a ton of upward mobility
Must have managed a team in the past – don’t want just someone as an individual contributor. Seeking a higher level individual
