The main function of a Sanitation Technician Lead is to maintain a high-quality environment for production. The Sanitation Technician Lead is responsible for supervising and supporting the Sanitation Technicians in all assigned areas within their shift. This involves knowledge of production, equipment, and sanitation techniques, to ensure that equipment is clean and sanitized for production.

Requirements

Sanitation: Meticulously follows all sanitation procedures knowing the importance of cleanliness in a food manufacturing environment. Always ready to help out.

Equipment Maintenance. Ensures that production equipment is well maintained and ready to be used.

Works Well With Others: Works closely and positively with manager and other people at all levels in the company. 

Timeliness: Understands the importance of ensuring equipment and facility meet cleanliness and safety standards so that your 

production teammates can do their job well and on time.
