Job Summary:

Cardknox, an innovative technology payments company, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. We are in search of individuals with creative and forward-thinking minds, who possess a strong enthusiasm for developing cutting-edge technology that distinguishes us in the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in the payments industry and a deep understanding of the intricacies associated with the payment space. This role will cover the full product lifecycle, ranging from strategy to hands on working with development and go to market, offering an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth as we continue to expand our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and discover new ways to improve our PayFac and gateway solutions that will enhance our competitive edge.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies and features that align with business goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for innovation.
  • Utilize payments industry knowledge to guide the development process and address nuanced challenges.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and successful product execution.
  • Effectively manage, prioritize, and refine backlogs.
  • Display a metrics-driven approach and make informed decisions based on product performance indicators.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possess 3 years of experience in the payments industry developing software solutions, especially SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, problem solving and independent thinking abilities.
  • Display effective communication, commitment to follow-through, and project management skills.
  • Excel in prioritization and deadline adherence.
  • Bring enthusiastic go-getter qualities and a strong passion.
  • Showcase keen attention to detail and efficient management of multiple concurrent projects.
  • Embrace a willingness to learn and excel in interpersonal collaboration
  • Experience with Software development including working with modern technologies like cloud (AWS), databases (SQL), API development and mobile applications.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence, Agile, and Scrum Methodologies preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Computer Science degree or related degree preferred.
