Taylor Farms is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Refrigeration Manager. The successful candidate will lead and oversee the refrigeration systems and operations within our facilities. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of all refrigeration equipment. You will play a key role in managing the refrigeration team, implementing maintenance programs, and optimizing energy usage. This position is a traveling position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the refrigeration team, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork within the department.
• Schedule and coordinate routine inspections, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry codes.
• Stay informed about changes in refrigeration technology and regulations.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for refrigeration system failures.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve emergency situations.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, refrigeration, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in managing refrigeration systems, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration principles, equipment, and technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $129,000.00 - $134,000.00 per year
