Abcor Home Health Inc. is hiring a dynamic Bi-Lingual SpanishHiring Coordinator to support our homecare team in our Arlington Heights office! We are family-owned with over 18 years in the industry with offices throughout Chicagoland and Central Illinois.

Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour

Job Duties:

This position supports our Homecare team by hiring and onboarding caregivers who provide in-home services to our clients within the community. This position involves extensive telephone work in a high-volume environment. This role also supports caregiver file compliance and provide general administrative support to the office.

• Process applicant background and reference checks
• Ensure applicants complete the required training and onboarding requirements
• Conduct new caregiver orientations
• Complete monthly compliance entries

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be bi-lingual Spanish
• Must have strong customer service skills with a sales like mentality
• Must have a professional phone demeanor and strong interpersonal skills who enjoys talking to people!!
• Must be able to multi-task and organize work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work well independently and in a team
• Must be able to make independent decisions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have intermediate computer proficiency
• Home Care experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
