Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create shipping and loading schedules for night crew picking and shipping operations.
• Create picks for builders and loading schedules for loaders and assist when help is needed.
• Generate all paperwork and complete driver packages to be ready for dispatching of loads.
• Schedule orders for pickup at outside cold storage by both Harris trucks and outside carriers.
• Update various Excel spreadsheets for management analysis.
• Answer phones and assist other department requests as needed.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

• Strong computer skills needed. Will require working with Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Paycom and other in-house Warehouse Management Systems.
• Interpersonal skills a must will work closely with Sales Department, Export Department, and other production departments in the facility.
• Ability to work independently and report

Schedule:

• Sunday thru Thursday 2:00PM 10:30PM
  • May require some overtime.
  • May require temporary schedule changes to accommodate other clerk’s vacation or sick days.
