Responsibilities:

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
• Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
• Helps with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to technicians.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Review and submits company vehicle weekly vehicle maintenance inspection checklist to vehicle is kept clean and safe.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Inspects received material for compliance, dimensions, and quality.
• Reviews, audits, and maintains documentation for both receiving and shipping of product.
• Prepares and packages outgoing shipments. Creates shipping documents with shipping software, and maintains relationship with shipping carrier representatives.
• Maintains an accurate daily shipping manifests and shipping records.
• Maintains and inventory controls in warehouse
• Performs periodic cycle counts of inventory.
• Tracks and orders shipping supplies
• Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Engages with Employees, Customers, Vendors, and everyone else with a positive attitude and professional manner.
• Ability to work occasional overtime, if required.
• Provides additional backup support for Parts department, if needed
• Maintain high personal morale & professional customer relations
• Attain short and long term objectives
• Operates safely and follows all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED Equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer and systems knowledge
• Forklift Certification and/or Experience
• Shown equipment knowledge
