Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- provide exceptional hospitality and create a positive experience for all guests & clients.
- learn & implement the AC Hotel/Marriott standards
- handle guest check-in and check-out transactions accurately and efficiently
- coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
- run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
- review shift logs and document pertinent information in Quore app, including work orders, guest requests,
- count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting Department specifications.
- answer, record, and process all guest and incoming calls, taking messages, handling requests, questions, or concerns.
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by managers/supervisors
Requirements:
- strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests, clients and team members effectively. Ability to speak with others using clear and professional language.
- previous experience in a hotel setting is a bonus!
- must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ability to work in high pressure situations - we get busy!
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- follow all company policies and procedures
- practice excellent attendance & be on time
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- possess basic math/money handling skills to ensure accurate transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
