The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of running a Shane Co. store including customer satisfaction, a positive work environment, staff development and all store operations in accordance with all company standards, guidelines, and expectations. You will be leading a competent and hardworking team and have the power to develop the store as well as your teammates.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$118,000 annually.
Responsibilities:The Store Manager has overall responsibility for ensuring all activities are personally carried out or delegated appropriately, with follow-up. Overall accountability for all areas of the store is the Store Managers responsibility. The Store Manager is expected to be cognizant of all Company policies, procedures, and practices in order to ensure appropriate compliance. Daily responsibilities may include:

Qualifications:The focus of this role is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and championing company culture and values. Successful Store Managers are comfortable working outside of Company guidelines where necessary but have a thorough understanding of rules and procedures. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and results-based environment. Must be friendly, action-oriented, respectful, and genuinely interested in the needs and development of others. Must be able to work in close collaboration with many areas of the company. Leads by example in areas of personal character, values, commitment, organizational skills, selling skills and work habits.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$118,000 annually . The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in the state of Washington. Individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Washington.
