Position Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage documentation for backordered, incorrect, or damaged items efficiently.
• Package and prepare outgoing shipments using best practices.
• Assist in fulfilling parts orders by organizing and distributing stock items.
• Maintain well-organized inventory and monitor field tech bins for optimal efficiency.
• Periodically review open purchase order files and assist with physical inventory tasks.
• Support parts driver with local deliveries or pickups when required.
• Uphold high housekeeping standards in the parts warehouse area.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in computer operations; familiarity with UPS system is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team player dedicated to our company's vision and mission.
• Current material handling Operator’s License and valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
