JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a family chiropractic office seeking full-time assistant for front desk and back office support.
The perfect candidate will have the following qualities:

- Own transportation or reliable transportation
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable talking to people in person and on the phone
- Has a good memory, remembers names and faces

Duties will include:
- Greet patients with a smile and make sure kids and families feel welcomed and comfortable
- Answer phones with energy and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments/manage the doctor’s schedule
- Manage office efficiency, flow and quality of patient care
- Collection of payment
- Light cleaning, keeping the office presentable and organized
- Track patient visits and office statistics
- Filing, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, maintaining medical records
- Keeps logs of documents
- Order supplies
- Assist the doctor with projects
- Social media maintenance
- Experience in the chiropractic field (or as a patient) is a plus as well as other skills you can bring to the table (e.g., graphic design, photography, decorating, marketing, social media).

Thurs: 9-5pm
Fri: 9-5pm
Sat: 10-2
Hours available: 20- 40 hrs/week

Pay: From $15.00-$21.00 per hour DOE
