Job Summary:
Responsible for communicating company rules, policies, and procedures to new hires, as well as to help new hires develop the needed certifications and skills to be successful in their role either verbally, through electronic media, or classroom discussions. Administer, track, and evaluate the Orientation process to seek improvement.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Required Certifications and Licenses: State of Georgia Drivers License, CPR/FA and Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Intervention instructor certifications; GA Caregiver Fire Safety Instructor Cert.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years’ experience successfully delivering training to various audiences with different learning styles preferred.
