Sprague’s Collision Center is seeking a customer service representative. Our company currently consists of 12 full time staff members. We are an independently owned company, open Monday - Friday.
We specialize in insurance-paid collision repairs. We provide both mechanical and collision related services and are proud to use only original parts and provide lifetime-written warranties.
Our community expects world-class customer service and consistency from our front-end staff so that they can trust who is repairing their vehicle. We pride ourselves on being able to maintain our excellent reputation in our community.
We are looking for an experienced, team oriented, customer service driven individual who understands the role the front desk staff plays to be the “face” of Sprague’s Collision Center. Our front end staff is essential to the daily success of our company; and their ability to uphold the positive presentation and efficient skills to ensure scheduling and communication success are extremely valued.
The role of CSR is available to the right candidate. This position reports directly to the owner and manager.
